Custom Enterprise Solution or ERP

Dow Agrosciences sought to track the activity of subterranean termite colonies by the continual monitoring of bait stations, eventually leading to the elimination of the colony. In support of the Sentricon Colony Elimination System, ADR developed, programmed, facilitated and maintained a complete data acquisition and reporting system called the Prolinx Data Management project. The Sentricon system was the largest of its kind in the world. ADR also provided over 5,000 programmed scanners along with the service and support for the entire system. Reference ADR's Corporate Profile for a more detailed description and visual graphical representation of this enormous and extensive project.

Dealer Service and Maintenance Application

Designed handheld system software for use in a dealership or service station environment. This system allowed mechanics to easily troubleshoot issues by utilizing historical information and then perform and electronically document the necessary repairs, including generating work orders and invoices.

Automated Service Application

With the goal of improved customer satisfaction and reduced service costs in mind, a major utilities company sought out ADR to create a solution to meet their requirements. The result was an Automated Service Order System that included a Customer Service Desktop, Dispatcher Desktop, Communication Server, Communications Network, Administrator Workstation and Mobile Computing units. ADR designed, developed, implemented and provided the hardware and the software for both the back and front end of this project. Service order scheduling, dispatching and field data collection was streamlined resulting in a much more efficiently run organization.

Lead Management System

Automotive events are increasingly becoming the most attractive way to survey existing and potential customers. When the local leader in the industry needed to go electronic, they called upon ADR to design and develop the solution. The result was an application called the "Edge Manager", which equipped this company with the leading edge technology in both hardware and software enabling them to quickly and accurately survey customers at automotive events. Soon this company was well sought after by the major automotive manufacturers to survey their clients. The Edge Manager included the handheld systems used in the field to collect information. This field collected data was imported electronically into the desktop PC Manager where a variety of reporting capabilities was immediately available for their customers.

Food Industry Inventory Application

When one of the largest airline catering solutions company in the world required an automated inventory replenishment system for their remote location kitchens, they turned to ADR to provide their solution. ADR developed a handheld and desktop PC software application utilized to generate product orders. This system allows each individual kitchen to locally generate their order and then transfer via the internet the order to their main locations database, who then picks the order and delivers it with an invoice generated from the same system. Sometimes orders are not shipped complete or come in different size units and require updated information, which this system also allows for.

Field Automated Work Order System

Arguss Communications provides infrastructure services for telecommunications and cable companies. In an effort to help better track their resources such as labor time, materials, vehicle mileage and contractor usage, the Mobile Data Verification System(MDVS) was developed. With this system, field employees are supplied with a handheld data collection device. As daily pieces of the project are completed, the user records the amount of time spent on the project along with any other resources that were used. When the work day is complete, all employees return their scanners to their main location and all data is uploaded into a central data repository. Managers may access this data to learn about daily production, employee hours and vehicle mileage.
