AviationAircraft Maintenance ApplicationsData acquisition system developed for a leader in the air cargo industry, this system is used to capture pre-flight and post-flight maintenance data over the length of a voyage. On the original paper forms, a signature is required after various sections are completed. A signature capture feature was added to the electronic version to account for this. At the end of each leg of a trip, the data is transferred to a server via SatCom. A leader in the Fractional Jet industry, with the largest maintenance network in the industry, was looking to automate their maintenance system. Since ADR already provided their Electronic Flight Bags(EFB)'s, together we developed an aircraft maintenance applications which records all defects for a specific aircraft and the corrective action taken on that aircraft over time. This system was implemented on their existing EFB's resulting in tremendous value added cost savings. Signatures are also required after a defect is found and when action is taken on a defect. This application utilizes Microsoft Message Queue to transfer its data to a central Sequel Server. RFID Inventory ApplicationsADR offers leading edge technology by staying ahead of its competition. ADR is taking the first step toward mastering RFID by equipping our own organization with RFID hardware and software. We keep track of over 500 handheld computers and their associated peripherals. We are currently working with major aviation corporations who are interested in equipping their manufacturing and warehousing divisions with RFID technology. |
